Hello friends,
There are 2 new and 1 book announcements,
1.Wusyu Class.
The MAB Youth, Sports & Recreation Unit in collaboration with the Kuala Lumpur Wusyu Association will organize Wusyu Classes for the visually impaired. Classes are expected to start after the Hari Raya Aidilfitri holiday and will be held twice a week from 8.30 pm to 10.30 pm. The participation fee is RM5/class. There is no age limit for participation. For those who are interested or want to get more info, please contact Miss Suzilawati at ext. 129 or email: suzilawati@mab.org.my.
2. Competition to create song lyrics.
For your information, the Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) in collaboration with the Malaysian Charitable Welfare Association (PKAM) and supported by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) will organize a Song Lyrics Competition titled ‘One Home One Police’. The competition will be held on 6 May and each participant is required to perform a song with song creation and lyrics on the day of the competition. Participation is open to solo or groups of no more than 5 people. Cash prizes await each winner. For those interested, please get the competition form, containing the conditions of participation and brochures at the MAB counter starting 22 March. 3. There’s 1 English Braille book to read.
The title is Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles in 3 volumes. To borrow the book, please call Ms. Lynette at ext. 150.

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,
Terdapat 2 pengumuman baharu dan 1 pengumuman buku,
1.Kelas Wusyu
Unit Belia, Sukan & Rekreasi MAB dengan kerjasama Persatuan Wusyu Kuala Lumpur akan menganjurkan Kelas Wusyu untuk golongan OKU Penglihatan. Kelas dijangka akan bermula selepas cuti Hari Raya Aidilfitri dan akan diadakan 2 kali seminggu bermula pukul 8.30 malam hingga 10.30 malam. Yuran penyertaan ialah RM5/kelas. Tiada had umur untuk penyertaan. Kepada yang berminat atau ingin dapatkan maklumat lanjut, sila berhubung terus dengan Cik Suzilawati di sambungan 129 atau email suzilawati@mab.org.my.
2. Pertandingan mencipta lirik lagu.
Untuk makluman, Persatuan Bagi Orang Buta Malaysia (MAB) dengan kerjasama Persatuan Kebajikan Amal Malaysia (PKAM) dan disokong oleh Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) akan menganjurkan satu Pertandingan Mencipta Lirik Lagu bertajuk ‘Satu Rumah Satu Polis’. Pertandingan ini akan diadakan pada 6 Mei dan setiap peserta dikehendaki untuk mempersembahkan nyanyian dengan ciptaan lagu dan lirik pada hari pertandingan. Penyertaan terbuka kepada solo atau berkumpulan, tidak melebihi 5 orang. Hadiah wang tunai menanti setiap pemenang. Kepada yang berminat, sila dapatkan borang pertandingan yang mengandungi syarat-syarat penyertaan dan risalah di kaunter MAB bermula 22 Mac. Borang yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dikembalikan di kaunter MAB pada 5 April. Sekiranya memerlukan maklumat lanjut, sila hubungi En. Amjad di samb. 122 atau Puan Katherine di samb. 114.
3. Terdapat sebuah buku Braille Bahasa Inggeris untuk dibaca.
Tajuknya adalah Perfect Chemistry yang ditulis oleh Simone Elkeles. Untuk meminjam buku ini, sila hubungi Cik Lynette di samb. 150.
