Call Centre Trainer
Job Description
At Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB), we provide our clients (blind & visually impaired) with the best customer service in the industry. To do this, we need to ensure that our call centre trainees are properly trained. We are looking for an experienced call centre trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in call centre operations, training, and coaching. He/she will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that will help our trainees provide the best possible service to our clients. The trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary adjustments.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new and existing students/trainees in a call centre environment
- Assess students/trainees needs to determine training requirements and objectives
- Develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, job aids, and cheat sheets
- Deliver training programs using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, webinars, and on-the-job coaching
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of call centre procedures and best practices
- Stay abreast of new technology, systems and trends that can be used to improve call centre operations
- Collaborate with call centre managers/operators to identify training opportunities and needs
- Keep accurate records of students/trainees training progress and completion
- Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of call centre training programs
Qualifications & Skills Required
- At least 3 years’ experience in a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop creative and engaging training materials
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and software systems that are applicable for the blind, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Diploma in instructional design/education, or related field
- Experience developing training modules
Senior Executive (Job Placement)
Job Description:
The Job Placement Sr. Executive will contribute to the planning and identifying HR openings for the visually impaired clients. The person will also be responsible to identifying future hiring descriptions, sourcing candidates from institutions and agencies and keeping abreast with employment law and PWDs incentives and legislation.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify future hiring needs and developing JD and specifics.
- Collaborating with potential employers to compile consistent list of vacancies suitable and relevant.
- Conducting interviews, coaching, training and preparing candidates for suitable positions.
- Profiling candidates knowledge skills and experiences.
- Creating awareness and promoting abilities of the visually impaired employees.
- To manage a pool of potential employers and clients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Placement executives with two-year of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Possess at least a Degree or any related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and BM.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Possess a driving license.
Senior Executive (Business Development)
Job Description
The Business Development Sr. Executive will contribute to the planning and implementation of strategic channels of revenue generation through wellness outlets, marketing of products made by the target group, engaging the target group and building new alliance for promotions and sales.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic partners or locations for outlet expansion of MAB Shoppe in line with the organisations promotions and growth target.
- Propose profitable business development plans for management review and approval.
- Responsible for leasing activities across Malaysia.
- Handle negotiation with the landlord.
- Administer the offer letter and tenancy agreement for outlets.
- Arrange Designer, Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor then conduct detailed briefings.
- Apply for the work authorization and closely monitor the on-going site progress.
- Administer and review business license, legal documents, and payments and ensure a proper handover.
- Assist superior with the relevant ad-hoc tasks.
- Identify handicraft and wood work items that are marketable, source from target group quality products.
- Propose profitable reseller deals or home worker schemes for management review and approval.
- Identify strategic partners for road show of reflex, handicraft products and promotional items of the organisation.
- To manage a pool of therapist, handicraft home workers.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Sales/Marketing executives with one-year of working experience are encouraged to apply
- Possess at least a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, willing to learn and able to work independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English and BM.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia.
- Possess a driving license.
