Hello ladies and gentlemen.
Here are six announcements.
Announcement 1: Methodist College Treasure Hunt
This will be on Saturday, 26th July from 9.00 am – 1.00 pm and a special event has been included for the blind who will have to pair off with sighted partners. Either you can choose your own partner or we will try to get a volunteer for you. The riddles for the hunt will be in braille. You may choose to read in English or BM. The prizes to be won will included handphone and Ipods. Please register with Mr. Godfrey Ooi at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 127.
Announcement 2: Festive Hampers For The Needy Blind
Blind persons who are eligible to receive festive hampers from MAB, please fill in the required form. The forms are available at the reception counter. The closing date for submitting the forms is 31st July.
Announcement 3: Clinic Kayak
The MAB Youth Club will be organising a clinic kayak on Saturday, 2nd August from 2.00 – 6.00 pm and Sunday, 3rd August from 9.00 am – 6.00 pm at the Varsiti Lake, University Malaya. Only 24 places are available for the clinic i.e. 12 blind and 12 escorts. Those who knows swimming will be an advantage for selection. Registration forms are available at the MAB reception counter. Announcement 4: Blood Donation Campaign
PERTIS in collaboration with MAB will be organising a blood donation campaign on Saturday, 19th July from 9.00 am – 1.00 pm at the Kompleks MAB. For further information, please contact Pn. Liza Umi at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 130.
Announcement 5: KRSCAP Visit and Picnic
KRSCAP will be organising a visit to Nilai 3 followed by picnic at a place to be decided later on Saturday, 26th July. The fee for members and children is RM20.00 while for non-members, the fee is RM30.00. The bus will be leaving from Kompleks MAB at 8.00 am. For further information, please contact En. Abian or En. Announcement 6: Ex-Nicolites EGM
This will be on Sunday, 27th July from 9.00 am – 1.00 pm at the MAB Cafetaria. For catering purposes, please register with En. Mokhtar Soon by 21st July at tel. 013 340 9848.
