Here are eight announcements.
Announcement 1: Indoor Games at Elderly Blind Centre
This will be held every Wednesday from 10.00 am – 12.00 noon. Each month will focus on a different game and on the last Wednesday of the month will be a competition with cash prizes. K.K. Announcement 2: English Oldies Sing-Along
This will be held on Saturday, 5th July at 2.00 pm at the Elderly Blind Centre. The fee is RM1.00 only. Please register with Ms. Violet Kok at tel. 03 2274 2576.
Announcement 3: Elderly Blind Trip to Hatyai
This will be around middle August and the fee for members is RM280.00 and for non-members RM330.00 which will include 2 breakfast, 2 lunches and 2 dinners. The event will go on if there are enough participants. Please contact Ms. Rani at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 154 or 016 685 4837.
Announcement 4: English Oldies Song Book
Book 1 and 2 of the song book are now ready at RM15.00 and RM13.00 respectively. They have been properly edited and compiled by the Malaysian Braille Press, thanks to the effort of Ms. Wong Kwee Heong. If you are interested to have your own copy, please contact Ms. Violet Kok at tel. 03 2274 2576. The total amount is RM28.00.
Announcement 5: Braille Magazine
The Braille Monitor for June 2008 is now available at the MAB Library. To borrow, please contact Pn. Zuraidah at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 150.
Announcement 6: Blood Donation Campaign
PERTIS in collaboration with MAB will be organising blood donation campaign on Saturday, 19th July. For further information, please contact Cik Rosmawati at tel. 012 260 3512.
Announcement 7: Second MCR National Conference on Rehabilitation

Announcement 8: Siemens Run
This will be held on Sunday, 6th July at Dataran Merdeka. The entry form can be obtain from the MAB reception counter.
