Hello ladies and gentlemen.
Here are seven announcements.
Announcement 1: Elderly Blind Gathering
This will be held on Saturday, 28th June at the MAB Hall. It will begin at 10.30 am instead of 11.00 am. This will allow time for discussion on future club activities. Lotto will be at 9.00 am in the MAB Hall and not in the cafetaria as this place will be used by another group. En. Taslim will be in charge. The talk will be on goat milk products. Registration fee is RM4.00 for members and RM5.00 for non-members. As our chairman, Mr. K.P. is not feeling too well, please register with En. Taslim at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 111 or 013 340 3006.
Announcement 2: Elderly Blind Trip to Hatyai
This will be held from Saturday to Tuesday, 23 – 26 August and the accommodation will be at the Hatyai Central Hotel. The fee is RM280.00 for members and RM330.00 for non-members. Please register with Ms. Rani at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 154 or 016 685 4837.
Announcement 3: English Oldies Sing-Along
This will be held on Saturday, 5th July at 2.00 pm at the Elderly Blind Centre. The fee is RM1.00. Please contact Mdm. Violet Kok for information and registration at tel. 03 2274 2576.
Announcement 4: MAB Charity Dinner Concert, 29th June
If you still wish to support MAB buying a table or a seat, please contact Ms. Theresa at tel. 03 2272 2677 extension 118.
Announcement 5: MAB Family Clinic
Besides Dr. Vasoo, there is now an additional doctor, Dr. Vasentha and she is available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. The services provided by this clinic is free of charge.
Announcement 6: Second MCR National Conference on Rehabilitation
The conference will be held on 8 – 9 November 2008 at the Crown Princess Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Datin Jean Abdullah has been invited as the patron. For further information, please contact Pn. Khatijah Sulaiman at tel. 019 331 6009 or Pn. Fashah at tel. 03 7955 3510.
