Terms and Conditions for Conference Registration

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation received 3 months prior to the conference date will receive a 75% refund.

  2. Cancellation received 2 months prior to the conference date will receive a 50% refund.

  3. Cancellation received less than 2 months prior to the conference date will receive no refund.

  4. Delegates unable to attend the 12th ICEVI World Conference after having paid their registration fees must provide a written request for their refund (less MYR 250/ USD 65 for administrative charges) on or before 1st April 2006 .

  5. All approved refunds will be issued no later than 30 days after the conference.
