The ICEVI 2006 Accommodation Bureau is pleased to announce a fine selection of hotels where preferential rates have been arranged for conference delegates. The rates are per room, so if you are sharing with a colleague it is a real bargain. Available room types are Single, Double or Twin share. 

The room rates stated below are standard category rooms inclusive of breakfast and all applicable taxes. Maximum of two persons per room. For room upgrade please contact ICEVI 2006 Conference Secretariat for more details.

The hotel reservation deadline is 15th May 2006. After this date, please note reservations are subject to availability as July is a peak season for tourist arrivals to Kuala Lumpur.

Terms and Conditions for Hotel Accommodation


Amendment for hotel accommodation
1. A written request must be made for amendments to your room reservation.
2. Amendments received after 15 May 2006 that result in a reduction in the 
    number of nights at the hotel will not be refunded.
3. Additional room-night request must be accompanied by the full additional
    pre-payment amount.

Cancellation for hotel accommodation
1. Cancellation must be made in writing.
2. Cancellations are acceptable on or before 15 May 2006. The refund will be a nett sum after the deduction of a MYR 50/ USD 13 administration fee. Cancellation request received after this date will not be considered for refunds. Special considerations will be rendered to cases that arise due to medical or
compassionate ground only, on a case to case review.
3. All approved refunds will be issued no later than 30 days after the conference.
