Tuesday           18 July 2006                 Time: 0900am – 0600pm  

Wednesday      19 July 2006                 Time: 0900am – 0600pm  

Thursday          20 July 2006                 Time: 0900am – 0600pm  

Only fully registered exhibitors will be allowed to access the conference area.  

Stand Specifications  

Each 3x3 meter shell scheme stand includes:
Frame, lightning, overhead fascia panel, company name and stand number, carpeted floor, 2x information counter, 4x folding chairs and 1x waste basket  

Exhibitor Fees  

The exhibition fee is USD 1500 per stand and for NGOs USD 1000.  
(Exhibitor registration and payments should be made to the assigned Stand Contractor – PICO INTERNATIONAL)

These fees are inclusive of:

• 3x3 meter stand
• All tea breaks and lunches from 18^th – 20^th July, 2006
• Closing dinner on 20^th July, 2006
• 1 free exhibitor registration pass
  (Any additional person will be charged USD 190)

Please note: 
In order to attend the conference itself and the scientific programme (workshops, plenary, concurrent sessions), Exhibitors need to register additionally as conference participants.
